It is officially the first of the month and I am ready to start a new fitness challenge. Are you?
This month I want to revisit another part of the body that we often neglect: the stomach. A couple of months ago, I brought our readers the 30 Day Abs & Squats challenge. It is still a great challenge and I plan to continue the workout this month.
However, with any workout it is critical to up your game in order to see progression. This month’s abs challenge is focused only on your abs and it is more challenging than our previous abs workout. The challenge isn’t necessarily going to decrease belly fat. Only diet and more cardio can do that for dramatic results.
But this abs workout and challenge, like most 30 day challenges, can jumpstart your fitness life. This particular 30 day challenge includes sit ups, leg raises and the infamous plank.
