If you are just starting on your fitness journey or a fitness fanatic, a 30 Day Challenge is a great way to add some excitement to your daily routine and/or workout.
A couple of months ago, we shared with you the 30 Day Abs & Squat Challenge and we have seen some great results. Now we are going to focus on another part of your body that gets a lot of attention this time of year. Your arms!
We have tried a lot of different workouts for the arms, but a lot of people only focus on certain arm muscles instead of all of the muscles. This month we bring to TWO 30 days challenges that will work out your arms and specifically your triceps. The other thing that I love about a 30 day challenge, besides mixing up the same old routine, is that everyone can make the time within whatever busy schedule you have.
Of course a 30 Day Challenge isn’t some magical cure for a healthy diet or working out. It is just a great addition to all of those things and a way to jumpstart your workout if you aren’t use to doing that. One of the benefits of this month’s arms and triceps dips challenge is the slow progression throughout the 30 days. But do not feel you have to stay within the specific guidelines if you feel you can do more especially if you are someone that works out often. You should rest on the days indicated, so your muscles have a chanced to heal and recover. We often forget the importance of resting body and the benefits it has on muscle repair and even growth.
We aren’t a fitness experts. But like you, we want to live a more healthy life and look great while doing it. The whole idea is to challenge yourself in every way possible. We will be adding this month’s challenge to our daily routine along with the abs & squats challenge. But if that is too much for you, try only one of the challenges this month and add accordingly next month.
