Here at Kempire Daily we pride our self on not only bringing you great information on music and entertainment, but everything we have an interest in, which includes eating better and working out.
My fitness journey has taken several years of gradual changes, from cutting off soda and juice to eating and using more natural products. I think everyone should try to make similar changes at your own pace. All of these fad diets only work for a moment and often time only lead us back down the same road. I am still trying to improve the way I eat and work out. One of the big things I have learned is that eating better is 90 percent of healthy living. However, working out or just being active is also very important for various reasons.
Working out at the gym or doing some sort of activity that you enjoy can be just as effective. However, if you are trying to improve a specific part of your body, then certain workout routines can be very helpful. With the creation of the internet and YouTube, working out has gotten a lot easier. I cannot tell you the amount of things I have learned from just watching “How To” videos on YouTube including how to properly work out. No one seems to realize just how important “leg day” really is to not only your legs, but your stomach and overall fat burn.
Before I was brave enough to try those other great routines like T25, Insanity or P90x, I wanted to start out slow. I wasn’t ready to get insane or commit to 90 days of it either! So I searched YouTube and found routines that I felt were a great first step into getting the body I wanted. I discovered these 4 exercises that will help you sculpt your legs, butt and burn fat on your entire body, especially your stomach. And the best part, you do not need a gym membership to do them. You can workout from your own home, hotel room or at the office. Well, if you have your own office! Once I “mastered” the routines, I would even do them while watching my favorite program…this time without a snack!
Here are the 4 leg exercises I think you should try. The video suggest that you do at least 3 rounds (10 reps each), but if you feel you can do more rounds, then do it or work your way up to doing more.
Don’t forget to stretch, before and after every workout. I am definitely guilty of skipping it, but stretching really does help with preventing injuries and soreness.
Thanks to our friends over at Insane Home Fat Loss on YouTube for the amazing routine.
Disclaimer: I am not a fitness expert and these are only suggestions based on my own experience. These workouts worked for me, but I encourage all of my readers to do their own research and do everything at their own pace. But don’t give up!
Try the workout routine below and let me know in the comments what you think.
