Dr. Luke has reportedly teased a new Katy Perry song to his followers on micro-blogging website Twitter.

The hit making producer, who crafted the majority of songs on Katy Perry’s record breaking sophomore album “Teenage Dream”, hinted to fans that “the new song starts with an “R” ….” before replying to a user who speculated that he was teasing a new Katy Perry song.

Katy Perry’s new album, her third to be released under Capitol Records is expected to arrive in the coming months. The set has much to live up to following the commercial success of its predecessor “Teenage Dream” which spawned five US No. 1 singles and which has been certified multi-Platinum in the United States.
